When Heather woke up the next morning, she felt awful. She slowly climbed out of her sleeping bag and out of the tent. Her Mom was cooking breakfast. Dad and Michael had gone to get water and firewood. Heather told her Mom about her poor night's sleep.

Her Mom looked panicked when Heather had told her that it taken her so long to fall asleep.

"Yes, Mom, I heard you and Dad making love last night."

"Oh, I am sorry, honey," her Mom said as her cheeks turned red. "Your Dad gets frisky when we camp. We won't wake you again."

After breakfast, the family went for a hike. Heather didn't have a lot of energy for it. When they got back to the camp, she napped until lunchtime. Michael inflated the inner tubes and after lunch, they hiked up the trail until they got to a good spot to enter the creek. They then floated down the creek for a while until they got to a large pool in the creek that they always used as a swimming hole. They swam around there for a while. That was where they spotted their first "bares": people who were partially or fully nude. In this case, it was four nude young people who came floating by on inner tubes.

Heather was tired again and napped until it was time to eat. After dinner, they sat around and talked. Despite two naps, Heather was tired early. It was dark now and Mom didn't like walking in the woods alone in the dark and always took Dad when she made her final pit stop of the night. When their parents went back in the bushes to their makeshift bathroom, Michael pitched an idea to Heather.

"Tonight, why don't you snuggle with me for a while to get warm? I can zip our sleeping bags together so you can come snuggle on me whenever you get cold."

"I don't know, Little Bro..."

"Look, we didn't have a very good day today because you were so tired. You owe it to the rest of us to get a good sleep tonight."

At the point, their parents came back. Heather's Dad suggested she sleep in jeans and extra shirts to keep warm. Heather promised to do that and went into the tent to go to sleep. Heather put on the jeans and extra shirts, but she found them almost as uncomfortable as being cold. When she took them off, she was cold again.

Later, Michael came into the tent. Heather whispered to him, "OK, let's try your idea."

Michael slowly unzipped the sleeping bags so that their parents wouldn't hear and slowly re-zipped them together. They got into the combined sleeping bag.
