"It sounds very convenient, seeing you have been going to town every second week," Janet remarked to Drew. "Yes, it is handy," answered Drew. He now felt he needed to change the subject as she seemed to be fishing for more information. "Your garden is looking good Drew," Janet remarked as she stood on the end of the veranda and studied the freshly planted seedlings. "Well that is Tess's work not mine," he replied, "She has no backyard in the city, so I offered mine. She's got quite a green thumb." Janet was becoming a bit confused about Dave and Tess. It seemed odd to her that they were so comfortable in Drew's home, after all they only needed assistance after their car was in an accident. They were all very familiar with each other.
