She used the same speculum again & retracted my vagina & looked inside. This time my vagina was fully dilated with air. She gently retracted my vaginal wall towards my bottom & it opened right up. She put her whole hand in my vagina at that point & felt all around my uterus again. It was one of the best pelvic exams I’ve ever had. She took my temperature rectally & told me that she wanted to do another rectal exam with air in my bottom a month later. I came back in a month & she had me remove all my clothes for an enema. She put me on her special proctology table & gave me a large volume, warm water enema. I went to the bathroom & expelled it, and got back on the table again. She very gently put her lubricated finger in my bottom & felt around to see if the enema cleaned everything out. It did & she introduced a large catheter into my bottom & & proceeded to pump me full of air. I felt full but not real uncomfortable. She put lubricant in my butt & started the sequence over again. She stretched me open with both of her hands, and then used her instruments. This is the best pelvic exam that I’ve ever had
