But then he saw the smiles creep along all of their faces and he knew he was in trouble.

And then the bell rang.

Doors flung open immediately and students started pouring into the halls.

"Better hurry" said Shannon, whipping the towel off of Ned and giving him a shove towards the throng of students.

"NO," shouted Ned who managed to grab a corner of the towel before it was whisked away.

He was holding it with all his might as a sort of tug o war with Shannon ensued.

Ned was winning too, because Shannon was laughing so hard, but then Moon intervened and wrested the towel from Ned's grasp.

By now Ned was engulfed by students. He covered himself with his hands as best he could and tried to shoulder his way through, keeping his eyes to the ground.

He was actually making pretty good progress when someone grabbed his arm and brought him to a complete stop.

Ned looked up and new he was in trouble, it was Cindy Walters, his next door neighbor.
