One of the men looked scared, "You have a family?" I asked him.

Nodding he said he had a wife and a two-year-old little boy.

"You would do anything to protect them, wouldn't you?" I asked.

He nodded yes once again.

"That's the exact same way I feel about the woman who locked herself in the restroom right now. She is part of my family and this man was threatening her. If you promise to behave, we will let you up into a sitting position."

While both men slowly moved to sit up, loudmouth thought he saw his opening and tried to fight me. I released the cane still attached to his ankle and delivered a swift kick to his groin causing his to roll over and curl up into a fetal position. I reached down and pulled my cane free from his ankle. My leg was almost back to normal. I stress the 'almost' part as the kick sent a jolt up pain up my leg forcing my eyes to water.

Once the situation was stabilized, I knocked on the door and told Debby it was clear for her to come out now. She unlocked the door and slowly opened it peering around the edge until she saw me. Once she did, she barreled out the door and threw herself into my arms. She was shaking like a leaf. I looked at both security men and mouthedfamily. They nodded and relaxed a little more. I told Kelly she could put the gun away which she did reluctantly.

"Tell me what happened, my pet." I coaxed her.

"We've been working overtime on trying to rewrite the code so all the changes he keeps ...

He walked in today and announced he had made additional changes to the network he designed and he wanted them done before the weekend. I tried to tell him it would require rewriting the entire program in another language and there was no way it could be accomplished. Plus, it was beyond what we were contracted to do.

"He started yelling at us as a team. He threatened to ruin our reputation within the industry and take us to court for breach of contract. Then he started to threaten me personally. That was when I called you."

"You're a lying bitch." Loudmouth groaned out while still holding his balls.

"Do you want another rearrangement of your family jewels? I suggest you shut your fucking mouth." I turned back to Debby, "It's ok little one. Go on."

"There's really nothing else to add. You heard everything that happened while on the way here."

I heard it and it's been recorded as well."

"What? screamed loudmouth. "That's illegal. I didn't give my consent to be recorded."

"And Debby didn't give her consent to be sexually harassed or threatened with sexual assault either." I turned back to Debby. "Go clean out your desk, my pet and tell the rest of your team to do the same. Your work here is complete. We'll have my lawyer review your contracts once we get home to determine a proper settlement of accounts."
