... leave and meet the rest of the crew. With a quick touch up of her make-up, she adjusted her uniform and collected her bag to head downstairs to the lobby.

The flight home to Nordland was uneventful but this just gave her time to think, to contemplate, to worry about her future and her marriage. Landing in Nordhaven, Sigrid disembarked with the rest of the crew and made her way home, as if on autopilot.

It wasn't until she arrived home and closed the front door behind her, her bags on the floor next to her, that Sigrid released her pent-up emotions, and they burst forth in a deluge of tears.

Sigrid sat in the waiting room, listening to the tick-tock of the clock on the wall. Her eyes glanced around the small room; she was the only patient waiting to see Dr Johansen. The kids play set in the corner with the missing puzzle pieces; it was still there in the same corner from when she'd been here as a little girl. Her eyes drifted to the magazine lying next to her on the table, the articles, and stories decades out of date.

"Ms. Larsen?" the receptionist called out from behind the counter. Sigrid looked up. "Dr Johansen will see you know."

Nodding, Sigrid stood and made her way to the doctor's office. As she did, she couldn't shake the nervous flutter in her stomach. This had been something she knew she had to do, something she had discussed with Magnus, why was it causing her so much concern now?

... doctor greeted her with a warm smile. He had been her doctor since she was a little girl.

"Good morning, Sigrid. It's lovely to see you again. How have you been?" Dr. Johansen asked, motioning for Sigrid to take a seat.

"Good morning, Dr. Johansen. I've been well, thank you," Sigrid replied, trying to suppress the nervousness in her voice.

Dr. Johansen studied Sigrid for a moment, noting the slight tension in her demeanor. "Is everything all right, Sigrid? You seem a bit anxious today."

Sigrid took a deep breath, steeling herself to broach the subject that had been weighing heavily on her mind recently. "Actually, there's something I wanted to talk to you about. My husband and I have been thinking about starting a family, and I wanted to discuss our options."

Dr. Johansen nodded; her expression sympathetic. "Of course, Sigrid. That's a big decision, and it's completely normal to feel nervous about it. Let's start by reviewing your medical history and current health status."

Over the next few minutes, Dr. Johansen asked Sigrid a series of questions about her medical history and any underlying health conditions.

"Based on what you've told me, Sigrid, it sounds like you're in good health overall," Dr. Johansen said, making some notes in her file on the computer. "Now, let's discuss your current contraceptive method. I see from your file that you're taking the Yasmin birth control pill. Is that correct?"
