Michele and I are typical Southern Cal yuppies who met in college. Both of us were born and raised in the Los Angeles area, then became friends attending college in Claremont. We became close and I always considered her to be VERY pretty, but for long it remained platonic. Maybe it was intimidation, since every man who sees Michele wants to make love to her, and every man who knows Michele wants to marry her. She hasn't changed much from when we finished undergrad in '06, a few weeks after her twenty-second birthday. Michele's heritage is entirely Dutch and French, with the exception of a Greek great-grandmother. She is blonde, but a burnished, honey-blonde with green eyes. Her skin is creamy, but with just enough color so that a touch of sun sets off a radiant glow. Her build is medium: curvy, though smooth and firm. She is extremely feminine, but strong! That is what always gets me about this lady besides her inner beauty: she's solid and athletic, but at the same time the girliest of girls with a heart-stopping figure. It was a tough run being apart, especially the first year, even if only a two hour drive separated us. There were times when we argued due to stress, and I thought Michele might move on without me. But we stayed together, and when I called to announce that I had secured a Real Estate Counsel position in Santa Barbara she cried! I graduated with my law degree in May '09, and started my new position in mid-June. Three months later we were engaged, then married in June '10. Our wedding was amazing, capped by a two week Tahitian honeymoon. We established a wonderful life with a small though beautiful home, good friends and neighbors, and healthy disposable income. Our careers tended toward the hectic side, however: I quickly advanced into a Junior Partner position while Michele was working with the same biotech firm. She had completed her Master's in 2009, then switched to part-time employment while studying full-time to complete her PhD. Where she found the energy to do all that I do not know! But she felt it was important to continue with the firm, as they are world class and had supported her all along. She saw it all through and earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry in June '11. Her strategy ...
