I cannot say I was devastated by the news of my husband's unfortunate accident. While he was a good man and loving husband he was frugal and rather old fashioned. I did feel a loss over not having him around I did realize that this gave me freedom to explore myself and actually live a lifestyle that his amassed wealth could easily afford instead of living in a four bedroom cabin in the middle of nowhere I could finally move back to the city. During the week that I was waiting to hear from the lawyers about the disposition of his estate I made plans to finally be able to live my life in comfort and finally explore my sexuality outside of masturbation. I contacted various real estate agents and found a luxurious penthouse apartment in downtown Baltimore. I scheduled an interior decorator to give me various layouts of my new space so I could have it ready as soon as my husband's estate transferred over to me. I knew that moving my c***dren would be problematic but with new newfound wealth I could show them that I did not have to live like June Cleaver from Leave it to Beaver. After ten days and having not heard anything about my husband's estate I called his lawyer to enquire about the disposition of the Will. His lawyer informed me that my husband had emancipated our son when he turned 13 a year ago and had transferred all his holdings to our son. There was no estate to distribute and therefore nothing to contest. Cole by the time he was 13 had made a rather large fortune in the stock market so the Judge had agreed to make him legally an adult. Now I was truly devastated knowing that Cole was his father's son and would not waste money on anything that did not give a return or was required to meet minimum comfort and living needs. All of my plans went up in smoke just like that. I knew I was free now to leave and start my own life but with never having held a job and just a high school education my lifestyle would be bleaker than it was currently. I decided to approach Cole and ask him for the resources I would need to at least get a new wardrobe and to remodel the house. &#034Cole, I have been told that your father emancipated you ...
