Richard had always been the more vocal one in the marriage when it came to sexual fantasies. Patty, his wife, occasionally let slip a few of her own intrusive thoughts. One of her secret desires was to find a young, inexperienced guy, around 18 or 19, and mold him into the perfect sex partner. Richard kept this thought in the back of his mind for years, until the day he met Eric.

Eric had joined the company as a minimum wage intern a few months back. He was a bit of a nerd, but had a friendly demeanor. Occasionally, Richard and Eric had to do jobs outside the office, and Richard had become sort of a big brother to him.

One day, they were getting lunch at a drive-thru when Richard pointed out that the girl waiting on them was really cute. Eric agreed shyly, his cheeks flushing slightly.

"Hey, you okay?" Richard asked, noticing Eric's discomfort.

Eric hesitated before confessing, "I've never actually been with a woman."

Richard's ears perked up. He dug a bit deeper over the next few weeks and discovered that Eric had a serious crush on one of his teachers in school. So, he was into older women. Richard couldn't believe his luck!

Soon after, Richard arrived at the office to find Eric looking gloomy. "What's wrong, kid?" he asked.

Eric sighed and handed Richard an official looking paper, "My roommate bailed out. Didn’t say a word,  and now I can't afford the rent. The notice was taped to the door this morning."

Richard read over the notice carefully. ...

... “This rotten prick is only giving you a week to get out?”

Eric only nodded. “Well, THAT’S bullshit. Hang on a sec.” Richard stated flatly while whipping out his cell phone. He diligently tapped out a number.

“Jerry!” he bellowed into the phone. “It’s Richard here. I want you to look up Piedmont Apartments on Clevinger St. Landlord is one Jacob Fuller. He’s sent my intern, Eric Wilson an eviction notice giving him ONE WEEK to vacate. Kindly get in touch and EXPLAIN the law to this lowlife bastard? Thanks, Jerry. Yeah, then send the invoice to my office.” Richard put away the phone.

“My lawyer…” Richard explained. “You’ll have until the 15th of next month to move out.”

“Thank you, I appreciate it. But, finding a new place that I can afford is gonna be a bitch.” Eric lamented.

“Don’t worry, we’ll get you out of there before then………….” Richard paused.

A light bulb went off in Richard's head. He stood up and closed the office door before returning to his seat and leaning towards Eric. "You know, I might have a solution for you," he said, trying to sound casual. "We have a finished basement at our place. I can let you have it for, let’s say $500 a month."

Eric's eyes widened in shock. "Really? That's amazing, less than half what I was paying with a roommate. But... why would you do that?"

Richard leaned in closer, lowering his voice. "Well, there's a catch. My wife, Patty, has a... unique interest. She's always wanted to teach a young guy like you. Mold him into ...
