"That wouldn't be a problem, but I don't think there is a chance of that. I have looked at your company and it is growing. You have good people and basically a very sound plan. I think we can make things a little better by moving some people around, changing the way things are handled to make them more productive, and tightening up procedures."

"Good. Get it done."

Lunch came and they focused on the meal. Dimitri talked a little more about what he thought needed to be done and Anthony listened. By the end of the meal, Anthony was convinced that if nothing else came out of this project, having Dimitri involved was going to leave his company stronger and more competitive.
