The salon was then a whirlwind of motion and action. Stacy had covered up the mirror so Danny couldn't see what she was doing, but could feel all the brushing and combing and teasing and cutting. She smeared some paste on his hair and covered it with foil. Danny was scared what they were doing, but went along with it because of Candi's warning.

Candi was hard at working giving his feet a full on pedicure. Soaking and brushing and scraping away to make his feet smooth and luxurious. She had stripped off the old paint on his toes and started painting his nails a hot Barbie pink.

"Don't worry, they won't chip easy. We're gunna use gel polish on it. It won't grow out for a few weeks and regular nail polish remover won't work on it. Just come back to me in a few weeks and we'll change the color for you sweetie" Stacy warned him.

"Pink toes for A few weeks???? And it won't come off without their help??" Danny drank down another glass of Prosecco to calm his nerves. Jamie was right there to fill it up.

"End of exams deserves a good party! Get after it Danielle! Good little day drink with the girlies at the salon before big date night with Demarcus! Work it girlie!!!!" Jamie excitedly chattered.

Danny blanched at the thought of his impending date with Demarcus. "They were going to make me really go through with it, right? Hell kill me if he finds out it's really me. No way they'd have me do that." Danny drunkenly reasoned with himself, calming down a bit ...

Before long, Candi had finished with his feet and moved onto his hands. Soaking his fingers and slightly trimming and buffing his nails, Danny was surprised when she brought out acrylics and laid them out on his fingers.

"Miss, you're not really going to make me get long finger nails right? I won't be able to hide those as Danny" Danny complained to Jessica, who was tapping away on her phone.

"But you were complimenting me on my new nails last night, saying how you wanted a set just like them!?" Jessica splayed out her pink ombré nails that extended a good inch and half past her fingertips. Danny blanched at the sight of the girly girl nails, worried he'd have a matching set. "Alright, Dani, we'll make a deal as all this is still very new to you. Either the fake nails like mine" she waggled them again in front of his face, "orrrrrr, we get your ears pierced. What do you choose, sweetie??"

The earrings, he could hide them or explain that he was trying them out and play it off. But with those long pink nails, there's no way he could get away with them without looking like some poof. He just hoped they weren't that noticeable.
