Taking a deep breath first, Tracy explained, "Have you ever seen anything online called a 'Pizza Dare'; I guess I've led a sheltered life, because I hadn't until Penny described her experience doing one! The basic idea is that you order some food to be delivered, usually pizza, then when the delivery guy (it's usually a guy) shows up, you flash them!
