I pleasantly greeted them. Asked them to get coffee or tea and pastries and find a seat. Then an older women, in her fifties or early sixties came in, she saw me and came over and introduced herself. I can’t say that most of brokers paid the slightest bit of attention to anything I was saying. They were very interested in breakfast and chatting with each other, but there were enough who had to make for a lively question and answer period followed by a round of applause.
