My first bodybuilding competition! At 26, I rarely stepped into a gym in my life, until about 6 months ago. I joined up with a local, ratty kind of muscle-head place "The Naked Ape" because was close to the house and cheap, and in fact, I preferred it to the corporate mall-types; the thread-bare mats, the regulars were real guys, the old iron weights.
