“ It was 6am when my mom opened my door, flipping the lights on. "Today is the day!" She exclaimed tugging at my bedding. I rolled over, groaning, overthrowing all of the small details I needed to finish up for my whole plot to come together. I smiled up at my mom. Sure is mom, i'll see you off to work and then get to work myself I told her with a big yawn as I sat up stretching slowly.

She has to leave for work so I walk her out to her car, give her a quick peck on the cheek, wish her well and she leaves for the day. I slowly made my way up the steps to the small but cute guest apartment above our garage as I sipped a morning coffee with lots of cream and sugar.. I slid the key into the lock opening the door before entering. I stood in the middle of the small living room looking at my handy work. I might only be 14, but I did a damn good job on fixing that small apartment up.

Knowing my aunt Carol would be quite happy there in a small but cozy place to call her own was only part of my excitement.

... made the walls on the house side soundproof with glue on cork boards then painted or papered over, but no one but myself knew that little detail. In fact there were several little details I did not tell my mother, nor her best friend and my new benefactor aunt Carol. She paid me very well to make sure this place was up to her standards, and I paid very well to make sure they were up to my own standards.

I finished up a few small details in each room of the apartment taking special care to make sure the bedroom was perfect. I gave it a sexy, naughty feeling. With bright red walls, black faux fur throw rugs, red and black bedding with full length black out curtains and of course light dimmers.

In the middle between the two windows that look down on the back yard at the deeper end of the pool is the big four poster bed with tall turned posts and a scalloped wood frame that I draped with some black twin bedspreads that go just perfect with the rugs and drapes. I found some really nice thin rugs for wall hangings to absorb sound.

The pre-pasted grasscloth wallpaper was great for covering the cork board”
