Marcus leaned back in his seat, his gaze meeting hers with a hint of amusement. "Just some business meetings," he replied casually as he waved a hand at his laptop.

'And what is it that you do?" she asked.

Marcus leaned back in his seat, a thoughtful expression crossing his features. "Well, I'm originally from New York City," he began. "I run a tech startup there, focusing on developing innovative solutions for businesses. We focus on innovative solutions for businesses," Marcus explained. "I believe in using technology to bring people together, not drive them apart. It's about creating tools that empower and connect, rather than isolate."

"That sounds fascinating. I've always been intrigued by technology and its potential to change the world," she remarked, her eyes sparkling with interest.

Marcus brightened at the opportunity to share his passion with someone new. "We're always looking for new opportunities to collaborate and expand our reach," he explained, enthusiasm evident in his voice. "It's a constantly evolving field, that's for sure. But I believe that with the right vision and determination, anything is possible," he said optimistically.

Sigrid nodded, absorbing his passion. "That's amazing. I can see why you're so successful. It must be rewarding to see your ideas come to life."

Sigrid hesitated for a moment before responding, her gaze drifting to the window. "Oh, it's just... Well, I had a bit of an argument with my husband this morning before I left for work," she admitted, her voice tinged with sadness.

Marcus listened attentively, nodding in understanding. "I'm sorry to hear that. Arguments can be tough, especially when you're about to embark on a long flight," he said empathetically.

Sigrid sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Yeah, it's been on my mind all morning. We were talking about starting a family, but... well, it's complicated," she confessed, her words trailing off.
