... Jessica was picked up by a woman in a silver Mercedes, dressed in a silver bodysuit. Jessica's phone was identified in a pawn shop in LA. It was sold to them by a vagrant who found it in a garbage skip. In time he remembered that a silver Mercedes was often seen at a nearby disused factory where he used to scrounge for food, and he remembered a woman who dressed in silver, coming in and out of the factory. Question: What would she have been doing at a disused factory? Why would there be food to scrounge in the skips of a disused factory? Back to that later.

"A murder case went down in LA -- at first sight a hi-jacking. A Mercedes, a silver one, was stripped and parts sold, the rest went into a baler, but inside was the body of a woman, wearing shreds of a silver bodysuit. She had been raped by six men, or rather the DNA of six men were found. Four men were arrested, one is in witness protection. The others are serving time. The gang leader claimed that he had been asked by one André to dispose of the car and the women. This was the third such job he had done. He had never seen or met this André, but had been handsomely rewarded, in cash. So we have what is possibly André's DNA.

"The factory in question was sold days after the woman was murdered, little of the original contents remain. I suggest the sale should be investigated discreetly, the previous owners and the agency probed. We should run photos of everyone involved by some of the people involved in the original ...

Jenny was excited, Terry frowned, Stan pulled at a lip. "Well, you are pushing some coincidences a little far, you know? You would never get a conviction on that evidence."

She nodded. "But what we have is a network, and we have a name and possibly a DNA of the spider. We also have some points of reference to research. The other people André had knocked off, for instance. The detective who did the silver Merc case seems intelligent. Can he be asked, or tasked to follow those up in a way that would not attract attention? Then we need people inside some of those clubs. How we are going to get people into the private party network is another matter."

Terry asked: "Sunitra?"

Jenny frowned. "People, let's move this to the lounge. I need a snack. How would Sunitra fit in here?"

They joined the children in the lounge, where Jenny had left them, and Terry cut snacks for the whole group. Then Elizabeth asked that they do a round table of each 'box' that had been set up. Stan pointed out that he was in charge of two boxes, one looking after their immediate security, and the other homing in on sensitive installations, appointments that might be questionable, and areas where their opponents may still have operatives.
