I greatly respect theRM's work ethic and management style, although am a bit wary of his choice of Andrea as the new San Diego Store Manager (SM). My main concern is her age, 25, but will give him the benefit of the doubt. On the positive side, Andrea's been a great employee for nearly 8-years, working her way through college, and now having her BS degree.

So, grabbing my wife, Gabriele (Gabbi), I explain the situation, especially Wilson asking me to drop in and observe the San Diego operation.
