... and Laban left her in the shower while he got his equipment ready. He pulled the truck and boat around and parked in front of the house. She was making lunch when he came in and he found coolers. He packed drinks, helped her find things she wanted and they left for the lake. The Fish and Game department had stocked Lake Casitas with Florida strain black bass several decades ago and they had grown to huge sizes. He guided for them, but what many people didn’t know was that the lake supported a very healthy population of rainbow trout. Not many people fished for them and they were easily caught. He taught Andrea how to throw the reels and she learned quickly. Few women could throw bait casting reels, but she had very strong wrists and mastered the difficult reels quickly. He put them on fish without much trouble and they caught sixty trout by the time they stopped to eat a late lunch. She was having a blast.
