... up the story, much easier than getting straight into the meat of it. I understand the frustration and all I can ask is that you just be patient and I will get the next one out hopefully quicker. Business over. On to other stuff. Reality Check: - The 'traditions' of Jack's family are the same as my family: ornaments together, sweaters, Christmas music, etc. - Tara is very heavily based on my own favorite cousin, whom I consider a sister as well. Obviously, what happens at the end of this story never happened with us, but her character is almost identical to my cousin. Not much else, but mainly because of the added character. Let me give a huge, super-duper, can't-take-back THANK YOU to BashfulScribe for allowing me to use Carson in this chapter and providing collaboration so I could make sure his character was as accurate as possible. I can't thank him enough. He's just put out a new chapter (which I read before posting this) and you should all check it out. I promise, it's purely coincidence that he and I have posted a new chapter on the same day twice in a row. He's been a pleasure to work with and I can only say that I'm in continuous awe of his writing talents and hope to be as good as him someday. For those of you wondering about continuity, this story takes place in the middle of Chapter 7 of Being More Social . Hope you all enjoyed this chapter as much as I enjoyed writing it :)
