... Jessie beamed as was Badger, judging by the grin he wore on his face. This made her remember briefly about Artie and Walter. Artie had bet Gina for an evening with Walter that he could make this lacy cover-up in the time they had. She could only imagine what the two were doing. The performance was wonderful. Jessie's first experience at an opera was what she had hoped for and Badger was a wonderful person to experience it with. Badger was having a good time too. Though he thought he hid it, Jessie noticed the swell in his pants. Jessie tingled allover knowing the effect she had on him. Jessie’s devilish demeanor encouraged it, for once during the performance, Jessie’s hand found its way to the inside of Badger’s leg almost touching his hidden erection. He commented that he knew a friend of a friend that worked at Visions. Jessie was so glad that Walter had accomplished it. Now that she was here, she would have hated to miss it. The couple walked into the lounge area to wait for their table and took advantage of complementary cocktails. Jessie thought she may be just self-conscience, but she again felt eyes upon her. She shook it off thinking Artie’s wonderful work had again attracted attention. Badger let out a grumble. “What’s wrong, Badge?” asked Jessie seeing Badger grimacing and staring down the bar. “Tom Garret, is what’s wrong. He is the most egotistical person I have ever met in my life!” “Well don’t let it bother you. We will ignore him, stay out of his way.” “The last time we met, he told me that I could never hang on to the likes of Deloris. And he was right, but there he is with his wife. And yes, he spotted me. ...
