It was Len and Char's first get away in months and they were going to make the most of it. They were finally vacationing in Las Vegas. Their check list included a little gambling, some sightseeing, people watching, buffet sampling and a couple shows. This was supposed to be a guided tour with their friends John and Emily who were to be the guides but, they had a last minute conflict. John and Emily were adventurers who were always finding something new and different. They were heavily into the swinging lifestyle. John said Len and Char should use their tickets and they would catch up later when their conflicting business issue was resolved. Emily handed Len an envelope with a couple tickets with a phone number before they left saying, “This magic show you simply cannot miss. You will be amazed.” To be polite Len took the tickets and it would be a good diversion from expensive headliners. We record all VIP shows for quality assurance,” She sounded like one of those phone help lines. “You record all of your shows?” Len was apprehensive. “Only the VIP show a couple times a month because it fills our showroom.
