... confession out to them. They were not surprised at all, and actually admitted that they had long known from their mom that Max was not their biological father. But they had to keep their mouths shut, as she had made them promise to do so years before. Max told them he was going to file a lawsuit against the biological fathers for 18 years settlement for upbringing their biological children. He asked for his children’s help and promised 33% of the settlement amount in return. He knew it would work. The children promised to help him with the DNA samples and to testify that he was clueless. Next week Max informed Collins of the good news that he got the help of his children, so the lawsuit could safely be filed against the biological fathers. Collins was right, the lawyers of the biological fathers wanted to decrease the settlement on the grounds that Max had been a willing cuckold, but Collins preparations, his wife’s letter and the testifying of his children were enough to prove that he was clueless. The court’s decision was that a large amount of money, as settlement, was to be paid by the biological fathers to Max. After the deduction of the lawyer’s fee he gave the promised 33% of the remaining amount to his children. The four biological fathers had to go to their banks to ask for a mortgage loan, as they had to use up their savings to pay the settlement. They now had much less money to support their legal children and grandchildren with. Max’s brother and his brother’s family cut off all connection with him. He did not mind this at all. He looked at offers by travel ...
