The sand stretches beneath you as you glide across the beach the fingers of the rushing tide approach you you are elusive, just out of reach but the water fills each footprint now Gently kissing the skin of your feet and you are caressed by the tendrils of the ocean it knows your heat, it craves it the crashing of the waves further out carry a voice to shore a mere whisper "It's me, it's me, it's me" Ankle deep in the water on Sandymount strand In love with you, with you, with you
