... rang and Amanda smiled knowing her main weapon had recharged, so she brought her PPC up, placed it against the crack and pulled the trigger, feeling a slight bit of satisfaction creep through her as the crack in the armor opened up under the assault of the PPC's lightning. The Atlas's skull like head exploded sending bit's of the pilot in each direction. The massive Atlas's limbs dropped to it's side and the massive Mech fell back crashing into the ground with such a force that parts of it were torn from it. Amanda turned her mech to look at Devon's Marauder and a flood of relief washed over her as she could see him smiling at her from his seat. She felt tears of joy run down her cheeks when she realized he was ok and was amazed the Mech still had power when she heard his voice come alive over the com. Amanda couldn't hold back the laughter and burst out when she heard Devon simply say. "Oh shut up Amanda." The End
