When we first moved into the house on Crooked Trail Court we couldn’t believe the great deal that we got. I mean all the other houses in this area were listing for over 800 thousand and we bought this for less than half price. But it had been sitting unoccupied for over 9 months, as it couldn’t be sold until after the f****y that had lived there settled their domestic issues.
