I've gotten a lot more feedback on my blog than I expected, so I'll start making this a regular thing now, if only to keep in touch with fans - of which I have more than I had thought. Maybe we should form a club or something. "Anna's perverted fans" - helping pervs with a very specific urine-centered kink to hook up with one another and have wild, wet, lesbian sex. Something like that. In fact, given the troll problem we have (I've personally known several authors who have been driven away by single idiots who kept harassing them in their stories), and the apparent lack of moderation to curtail it, I think the only way to combat that is to emphasize, celebrate and show off the good sides of readers. Positive feedback, nice interaction, friendship and shared interest are the best weapons against those who want to make us feel bad. *sigh* Just thinking of helping people connect through their joint kinks from my tales makes me all warm and fuzzy. I should keep that in mind for a possible fanservice. On the other hand, I've had a little moment of esprit d'escalier with one comment, which went along the lines of "you're a dyke, so grow a pair and stop bitching" and I only now realized that this person seems to imply that just because I'm gay not only should I expect abusive treatment, but somehow not complain about it? ... good to see that gay hate is still alive and well. BUT: On a more positive note, I've updated my FAQ's with a section about publishing aaaaand there's another Story Sunday coming up! And given that you guys have been so nice to me, I thought I'd put it up for a vote, which story I should post next. The available choices are: - Chapter 10 of the Caller series, pretty much a continuation of chapter 9 with the same characters. - Another episode of Presidents in Private, available presidents are: Cristina Kirchner, Dilma Roussef, Yulia Tymoshenko and Sarah Palin. (Yes, yes, I know, Palin's just president in her mind...) - The first part of a new series called "As of yet, unnamed", which is a near-future sci-fi story about two very different girls meeting in a dystopian future Amsterdam. Pretty gritty sex and definitely my most violent story series as of yet. - The first part of another new series called "The Straight And Narrow" about a far-future sci-fi space setting in a much more humorous vein. The first part has some mild lesbian sex, but the series will include lots of alien tentacle fucking, reluctant gay banter and a lady with four arms who is definitely not a soldier. - And finally part one of a Lesbian Road Orgy which I wrote for two very special friends of mine, both of which star in a tale of pee, bondage and the great american countryside.
