Gina peered into the hallway. Every light in the apartment was on. Gina stepped out, one bare foot in front of the other; she walked toward the living room. “I’m sorry Gina. I hope you will be able to forgive me!” Cam confronted her at the living room entrance. Startled, Gina stumbled backwards almost losing her balance.
